In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "jp188" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to jp188, an internationally licensed online betting and live casino platform operating at https://jp188.cam and all associated subdomains and mobile applications.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on jp188 or accesses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" — the individual registered profile created by a Player on jp188, used to access all platform features, deposit funds, and place wagers.
• "Wallet" / "Account Balance" — the aggregate of real-money funds deposited by the Player and held in their jp188 account, net of wagers placed and winnings credited.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by jp188 that are subject to specific wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, live dealer game, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, slot title, or any other game of chance or skill available on jp188.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity and age verification process jp188 is required to conduct before processing withdrawals or raising deposit limits.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which jp188 accounts are denominated.
• "Services" — the full suite of betting, gaming, payment, support, and promotional services offered by jp188 via the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which jp188 has determined, at its sole discretion, that offering its Services would breach applicable law or its licensing obligations.

To open and maintain an account on jp188, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. jp188 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account permanently suspended and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-underage-gambling obligations.
• You must be acting as a private individual, in your own name, and solely for personal entertainment purposes. Use of the Platform for commercial or professional gambling operations is prohibited without express written authorisation from jp188.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of jp188 or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, or licensed game studios.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme — whether through jp188's own responsible gaming tools or through any third-party problem gambling support service — at the time of registration or at any subsequent point while your account is active.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be located in, or attempting to access jp188 from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at any time.

Each Player may hold only one registered account on jp188. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited. jp188 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any wagers or winnings associated with them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a valid email address, a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia, and your date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. jp188 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jp188 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

jp188 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to give reasons for that refusal.

Account Security Recommendations

• Use a unique, strong password that is not reused on any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via the account security settings dashboard.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including individuals claiming to represent jp188 support — our agents will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account fully after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

jp188 is required by its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification on all accounts before processing withdrawals above the standard threshold, raising deposit limits, or granting access to certain promotional tiers. KYC verification is also triggered when jp188's fraud-detection systems flag unusual account activity.

Documents Required

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driving licence showing your full legal name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Age: The same KTP or passport document cited above typically satisfies proof-of-age requirements, provided the date of birth is clearly visible and confirms you are 21 or older.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of the bank account, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja e-wallet used to deposit funds, confirming that the account is registered in your name.

jp188 will review submitted documents within 24 hours during business days (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB). You will be notified via email once verification is complete. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC is approved. jp188 will not charge any fee for completing the KYC process.

All deposits to jp188 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jp188 accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata bank transfers, as well as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja e-wallets.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page at the time of deposit and are subject to change at jp188's discretion. jp188 does not impose a processing fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge their own transfer fees, for which jp188 accepts no responsibility.

Deposit Conditions

• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits must be made using the exact reference code or virtual account number provided by jp188 for each transaction. Deposits made without the correct reference may be delayed or, in some cases, irrecoverable.
• jp188 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for deposits that exceed specified thresholds or that trigger anti-money-laundering screening.
• Deposited funds that remain unused in your account for a period of 180 consecutive days may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in Clause 8 (Betting Rules).

jp188 processes the majority of withdrawal requests within five minutes. Withdrawals are credited to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit, subject to the matching-payment-method requirement described below.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name that matches the name on your verified KYC documents. jp188 will not transfer funds to a third party's account under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed on the cashier page and is subject to change. jp188 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee; however, your bank may deduct a transfer fee on the receiving end.
• Withdrawal requests submitted on Indonesian national public holidays may experience minor delays due to interbank clearing schedules. jp188 will notify affected Players via the in-platform messaging system.
• If jp188 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, it reserves the right to delay, suspend, or permanently withhold a withdrawal pending investigation, without prior notice to the Player.

Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Funds

Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn once the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus-derived funds prior to satisfying wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and all associated winnings.

jp188 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Each promotion is governed by specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made.

General Bonus Conditions

• Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of between 10x and 30x the combined bonus and deposit amount. The exact multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that remain unplayed after the expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, togel draws, and certain jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution percentages are published in each promotion's terms.
• jp188 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that such changes do not unfairly prejudice Players who have already claimed the offer and are actively meeting its terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage betting across promotions, or coordinated wagering by groups of Players — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and may lead to permanent account suspension.

jp188 offers betting markets across a wide range of sports and gaming categories, including BRI Liga 1 football, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League; badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open); MotoGP (Mandalika circuit); E-sports (MPL Indonesia, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire); live dealer casino; togel; and slot gacor (high-payout slot) titles.

General Wager Rules

• All wagers are final once confirmed. jp188 will not reverse a confirmed wager under any circumstances except where an obvious technical error has occurred on the Platform's side.
• In the event of a technical failure that results in a wager being accepted at incorrect odds, jp188 reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the stake to the Player's account balance.
• For bandar bola (football bookmaker) and mix parlay (accumulator) markets, results are determined by the official score at the end of normal time plus added stoppage time. Extra time and penalty shootouts are excluded unless explicitly stated in the individual market description.
• For live in-play betting, odds are updated in real time. jp188 may suspend a market at any time during live play without notice, particularly where a potential game-changing event is imminent.
• Inactivity Fee: Accounts with no login activity for 180 consecutive days and a non-zero balance may be charged a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 per month commencing from day 181. Players will be notified by email before fees are first applied.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jp188 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of funds, as well as potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening more than one account, whether under your own details or under false or borrowed identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker variants.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or loopholes in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected exploit will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to access jp188 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or to circumvent security controls.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jp188 support staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider without first exhausting jp188's internal dispute resolution process.

jp188 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide all Players with the following tools, accessible directly from the account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are willing to lose over a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive an alert or automatic logout after a specified number of hours played in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of six months and may be extended to permanent exclusion at your request.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without jp188's prior written consent.

Game titles, logos, and assets provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remain the intellectual property of those respective studios and are used by jp188 under commercial licence agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jp188's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their jp188 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jp188 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether foreseeable or not, and whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind.
• Service interruptions caused by events outside jp188's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, banking system downtime, natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms or the terms of any individual game or promotion.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jp188's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

jp188 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account on jp188, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described therein.

Key data practices include: processing personal data for account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and personalised marketing (with opt-out available); retaining KYC documents for the period required by jp188's licensing obligations; and never selling personal data to unaffiliated third parties for independent commercial purposes.

jp188 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jp188 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the homepage and sending an email to the address registered on each affected account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using jp188 and may request a withdrawal of your remaining account balance before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jp188's international gaming licence is held. That jurisdiction's courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to the arbitration provision below.

Dispute Resolution Process

1. Internal Resolution: Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you must first submit a written complaint to jp188's support team at support@jp188.cam. jp188 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and issue a final decision within 14 business days.
2. Arbitration: If jp188's final decision does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to binding arbitration administered by an internationally recognised arbitration body. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
3. Escalation: Players who remain dissatisfied after arbitration may escalate the matter to jp188's licensing authority as a last resort.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
